The WSS stainless steel bimetallic thermometer is an axial type. The protective tube, joint head, locking bolt, etc. of the bimetallic thermometer produced by our factory are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material. The case is made of aluminum plate stretched and processed with black electrophoretic treatment on the surface. The cover and box are sealed with a double layered rubber ring thread locking structure, so the overall waterproof and anti-corrosion performance of the instrument is good. The radial instrument adopts a bent tube structure, which is novel, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing.
Bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument used for measuring medium and low temperatures, which can be directly used to measure the temperature of liquefied and gas. Compared with glass mercury thermometers, it has the advantages of being mercury free, easy to read, and sturdy and durable.
Working principle:
A bimetallic thermometer is a single needle indicator thermometer that uses a bimetallic strip wound into a spiral tube shape, with one end fixed and the other free end connected to a pointer. It rotates with temperature changes and drives the pointer to rotate to indicate temperature.
Temperature measurement range: -60-500 ℃
Accuracy level: 1.5, basic error: limited to 1.5% of the measuring range
Indicator section of thermometer: (indicated by the outer diameter of the thermometer dial) divided into diameter 60, diameter 100, and diameter 150mm
Tail pipe length: 100-2000mm.
Tail pipe diameter: 6, 10, (when tail pipe length is 100-1250mm) 12 (when tail pipe length is between 1250-2000mm)
Installation thread: M16X1.5; M27X2; G1/2; G3/4. The material of the tailpipe and fixing bolt joints is 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, with a pressure resistance of 6.4MPa.
Waterproof performance: The shell of the thermometer should be able to withstand water spray from a 25mm diameter faucet at a distance of 5 meters (with a water pressure not less than 2 kg/cm2 before the nozzle outlet) for 5 minutes, and no water should seep into the interior of the thermometer shell. Compliant with IP65 standard.
